First-Year Focus (FYF) program is designed for learners who are passionate about applying computational/data skills and/or life science knowhow to a range of problems across the sciences. This FYF application is designed to help identify students who will benefit most from—and contribute the most to—a supportive and cohort-based first-year experience at UBC Science, and also for you to indicate your interests in the specific stream of FYF (FYF-C or FYF-L) and preferred course schedules (timetable).
